What is Fluid Retention?

  1. Hi I have sever fluid retention in my ankles and feet I am on water tablets of which I take 2 every morning. But they are not helping. My feet are very sore and driving me nuts pls help as I am fed up with it now. I do do a little exercise but not much as I have severe lumber spondalosis. I also have c.o.p.d. through smoking. I have osteo arthritis. In my knees. Sorry to inconvenience you but im desperate. Pls help. Ty
